Mensink Counseling & Consulting offers services to support professionals in their continued education and training.
We provide the following services:
clinical supervision for counselors seeking licensure,
reflective supervision/consultation for professionals in helping and education fields, and
training and workshops for groups and agencies

Dr. Mensink has experience providing clinical supervision to bachelor’s level practitioners, counseling students, post-graduate counselors seeking licensure, and has provided clinical supervision for mental health and ABA agencies.
She is credentialed to supervise individuals in counselor education programs or counselors seeking licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in Minnesota or a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida.
Dr. Mensink offers individual and group supervision as required by state licensure. Clinical supervision is provided at an hourly rate.

Dr. Mensink is an endorsed Infant Mental Health Specialist (IMHS) and has advanced training in reflective supervision and consultation (RS/C). She is able to provide RS/C to professionals seeking Infant Mental Health endorsement. Dr. Mensink has experience providing reflective consultation to counselors, educators, daycare providers, social workers, and professionals from other disciplines.
