I have always believed it to be a great honor to walk alongside my clients as they forge a path to healing. My aim is to create a therapeutic environment where clients and families feel safe to process their thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgment.

It is important to me that you feel heard…feel seen….and feel comfortable expressing yourself in our sessions. I believe that a trusting and authentic connection between a counselor and client sets the foundation for our work together. I understand that trust is earned, and I work diligently to establish trust through empathy, active listening, humor, and confidentiality. Whether you’re a parent overwhelmed by your child’s frequent tantrums, a teen who just wants to fit in with their friends, or a young child living in an uncertain, big and scary world, I hope that you find our trusting relationship safe for processing anything that comes up for you, even though it may feel uncomfortable or difficult at times. I am looking forward to holding space for you, and with you, along your healing journey.

A little more about me as a person: I am a Midwest-grown and raised counselor who loves jigsaw puzzles, being physically active, and traveling. I have an appreciation for humor and sarcasm and am a kid at heart! I currently reside in Florida with my significant other and our two cats, Django and Iris.
